  • After Christmas get together
    Hotel Woodstock was the chosen venue for our organisation’s recent after Christmas party. The support we received prior to the event made the planning for the evening so easy. The staff were extremely attentive to the needs of the group throughout the evening. The food served was delicious. Sean and Elaine, were amazing in how supportive they were to all of us from the time we arrived until late. A wonderful night made so enjoyable by the owners and their staff. Thank you
  • Fabulous day at Hotel Woodstock
    We are here for a night myself my fiancé and my 4 year old son. All the staff have been so lovely and helpful since we arrived everyone is very welcoming. The owner Sean came and introduced himself at dinner which we think is the loveliest touch and checked to see how everything was for us and Elaine also was so lovely and helpful with our son Charlie. Couldn’t recommend enough. Dinner was fabulous also and cocktails are amazing! We have had a lovely day here at Hotel Woodstock. 
  • Wedding tasting
    Myself and my Fiancee Noreen would love to thank Elaine,Sean, Shauna, Kevin and the Head Chef for the hospitality on our Wedding tasting evening and the absolutely beautiful food and our lovely overnight stay in the Woodstock. Roll on February 24th and our wedding day which Elaine has been exceptional, helpful and very understanding with the few changes we’ve had to make over the last few weeks.
  • Incredible experience!
    Incredible New years Eve stay at Hotel woodstock in Ennis. The Nicest dinner we have had in a long time. Melt in the mouth beef was just insane. From arrival to departure staff were so interactive, and so accommodating. The pool is amazing, had also a kiddies pool which our 3 old loved!! We really didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything we had it all right where we needed it. After a long day we had such a restful sleep on the very comfortable beds. Could not have wished for a better day/night to spend the last day of 2023
A fantastic hotel with the nicest, friendliest & most efficient staff. The food in the bar was lovely and the pool was a big hit with the kids. The rooms were extremely comfortable & spacious. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this fabulous hotel.
Beautiful hotel! We were met at the door by the owner who then introduced us to his son to check us in. Not your typical Irish hotel, the rooms were large and well decorated. The staff throughout was very friendly and happy. Everyone you encountered looked you in the eye and smiled. The morning breakfast was a very nice buffet and the pub off the lobby was nice atmosphere. 
We had a wonderful 2 nights at Hotel Woodstock. We got a evening meal and breakfast includes deal which was excellent value for money, the portions were huge at dinner and lots of choice at breakfast. The warm was a good size and the beds comfy. We enjoyed taking advantage of the swimming pool and the real fire in the reception area was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is well located for Cliffs of Moher, The Burren and Bunratty, but a car really is a must.
From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful with a warm welcome. My room was ready on arrival which was extremely spacious , clean and had a lovely view over the attached golf course. During the evening whist enjoying the facilities of the bar and restaurant, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The service , food, facilities, location and overall feel of this hotel is excellent . In my view an extremely professional , well run establishment with a friendly , family vibe. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel 
Beautiful hotel lovely atmosphere moment you enter front door. Staff are really warm and welcoming . We particularly love the big open fireplace which gives a very homely feeling. Bedroom was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and still water bottles for guests to enjoy. The restraunt was cosy and menu good. We want to thank the owners for creating a really lovely homely hotel for people to enjoy. It’s very difficult to find a hotel that feels like “home” but the Woodstock has achieved this in spades. We have now made this hotel our” home from home” when we visit Ennis and surrounding area. The hotel is also reasonably priced. The beautiful trees surrounding the Hotel also add to its charm.

This hotel offers everything you could need for a relaxing break, extremely comfortable and airy rooms, excellent food matched with friendly and efficient service. Also unwind in a well equipped leisure spa.We would definitely recommend here if you are looking for a relaxing break or as a base for exploring the wild Atlantic way.
One of the nicest and friendliest of staff. Sean and Elaine and their staff couldn’t have done more for us. Four of us stayed overnight and golfed both days. Food and over all experience Amazing. 10/10. We definitely will be returning again. Food in the bar was out of this world not a bit left on our plates. The bar area was so comfortable and the staff especially Kevin was so professional and friendly. The rooms were spotless and so comfortable and lovely warm showers. The breakfast was a buffet and my god the best breakfast. Plenty of everything. All freshly cooked. I would without doubt very highly recommend Hotel Woodstock. Can’t wait to return again. We have just returned from a stay at this lovely family run hotel. The staff make this hotel as they all seem to like their job. The checkin staff. leisure centre bar and restaurant all had the most professional courteous staff . The food in the bar was excellent and catered for all ages and diets as did the breakfast. The leisure centre was very clean and they gave us swimming hats as we had forgotten ours. The rooms were large and had everything you need. We would definitely return we really enjoyed our stay and the great atmosphere. Thank you 
We stayed here for 3 night with our 3 children, it was fabulous, the staff were all so friendly & kind, the room was fabulous, I would highly recommend hotel woodstock , the breakfast & dinners were fantastic, we will be going back in December and the children can’t wait.
Recently visited Hotel Woodstock for a baby shower. Once again, a fantastic visit. Sean and Elaine truly make you feel like you’re at home. Their hospitality is just outstanding. The food just gets better and better with every visit. I really look forward to visiting Hotel Woodstock again in the near future. 

This is a wonderful hotel. Greeted very warmly at reception by lovely reception staff & manager. Instantly felt the warmth of true Irish hospitality. Beautiful reception area with inviting comfortable sofas & an open fire. Room lovely – good size- nicely furnished with a spectacular view over the hotels own golf course. Pool & jacuzzi facilities were enjoyed too – friendly helpful leisure staff there too. Dining room lovely – well set out & breakfasts were amazing – loved the pancake machine! Dining room staff always friendly & efficient. Would have no hesitation staying at this hotel again & thoroughly recommend it. It’s on a nice location – not too far from the town itself. 

 

Hotel Woodstock County Clare was AMAZING!!! Rooms were very clean and the food experience was phenomenal!
The breakfast was spot on and then afterward the lunch to dinner time was the best.
Started with Alex’s knowledge and wit and spilled into Kevin’s same humor and camaraderie. 7 hours of time that I will cherish. Great people and great hotel. Never posted anything on any of my international stays but this one was special.

We were a group of 20 having a family reunion, including adults, teens and smaller children. We stayed at the Woodstock in bothJune and December. The motto of the hotel is “ You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend”. This certainly is the case. Elaine, Sean and their team were exceptional hosts and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. It was like home from home. We will be returning this year. 

 

Alexis in the bar was awesome and extremely nice to our group. He put up with my brother in laws questions and compared our experiences in life with his. He kept our tabs straight between the five of us with no problem. 

 

Friendly staff – comfortable room.
I was travelling for work, I was gone too early for breakfast … which starts at 7am.
Wifi was good speed, and the shower was good. …
I would stay there again …. next time, hopefully I would have time to enjoy the pool ! 

 

Fab night away over Easter in Hotel Woodstock! Staff are so friendly, food delicious, overall lovely vibe around the hotel. Glad to have the leisure centre available to us as the weather was not very kind!

My Wife and I + our friends spent 2 days (April 2nd and 3rd 2023)at Hotel Woodstock and it was most enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom. We had food on both nights + breakfasts and they were very good.
The Hotel can boast of having friendly and efficient staff, which can come from the top. That – certainly – comes from the very hands on management owners (Elaine and Sean Lally). Many thanks Elaine and Sean + your wonderful staff for a most enjoyable 2 days. 

 

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Woodstock.From the minute we arrived we got a warm welcome and made to feel like we were at home.The staff were brilliant there was nothing they couldn’t do for us and Sean and Elaine were such a wonderful couple it was like staying with friends.The food was 100% quality every meal.We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and can’t wait to visit them again very soon. – 23rd March 23 

 

Beautiful hotel, brilliant service by all staff. Beautiful food with great presentation. Great leisure facilities. Spacious and bright rooms. Very accessible for the wild Atlantic way trips. Family run and it shows in its friendly atmosphere. Cant wait to go back.  

 

My experience was absolutely brilliant in the Woodstock I couldn’t recommend it more, we were met by a lovely smile when checking in, I think her name was Katie she was very friendly and directed us to our room which was cozy and the bed was so soft. We were there for an event which was fabulously put together aswell! 

 

We recently had our Christening in Woodstock, the food and staff were brilliant , and it was exceptional value for the package we received. They were so flexible with any request we had. Will definitely be returning for future events. 

 

Stayed there the last few nights with the family and could not fault it for value and service. The kids loved the swimming pool and the breakfasts.There was a good buzz around the hotel and all our needs were catered for and will definitely rebook for the future.

My wife and I (both 62) stayed at the Woodstock after a long day of touring the Ring of Kerry in our rental car, and planning to visit the Cliffs of Moher the next day. The location was perfect, room was spacious and well equipped, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and we loved the breakfast room and breakfast itself. It was also extremely helpful that the hotel offered a ‘lunch box’ service so that we headed off on our trip to the Cliffs of Moher without having to worry where we would have to get lunch or loose time doing so. We’d go back to the Hotel Woodstock in a heartbeat!  

 

Friendly staff, nice pool, sauna and steam room. Provided 5 sets of club rentals in conjunction with the nearby Shannon Golf Club. Dinner meals were good and buffet breakfast very nice. Comfortable and roomy rooms. Nice bar that is well stocked. Worked well for the 6 of us traveling together. 

 

Great time staying in the hotel from the moment we arrived the receptionist gave my son a gift from the hotel which set the tone for the rest of the stay. Really friendly staff and a great place to stay and relax whether it was in the pool and leisure area or the bar in the evening.
Breakfast was great with the pancake machine going down a real treat with my son.
Highly recommended as a base for all the local tourist attractions as well as easy access to the local motorway and roads to Cork, Kerry and Galway.

 

This hotel was just what we expected. Friendly and prompt checkin. Very clean. Lovely pool and hot tub with locker rooms for showering and changing. The pub/bar was great and had excellent food where we ate dinner. Its only about 25 mins from Shannnon airport which makes it very convenient. Also close enough to town to drive in and theres parking available in Ennis. So glad we finally made it. A great way to end our lovely vacation in Ireland. 

 

On arrival we where greeted by a very friendly receptionist. 
The room was very clean and roomy,the food was excellent and a special mention and thank you to Kate and Jack for their superb service.overall it was a good relaxing day,and we will return again. 

 

We stayed our first night in Ireland at Hotel Woodstock. It is easy to find and conveniently located near many restaurants (We ate at the lively Brogan’s Bar & restaurant. Great meal with large portions). It is very elegant. Check-in and out were easy. The staff was friendly, polite, and respectful. There is ample parking. The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room that overlooked the golf greens. It was a self-serve buffet with fresh hot and cold options. The dining staff was very kind. There was a large reception hall that looked to be setting up for a beautiful wedding reception. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
