How big are your family rooms?
Our family rooms cater for a maximum of four guests. Rooms are equipped with a large King bed, a single bed and a camp bed. If you have a larger family, please contact the hotel.
Are there Interconnecting rooms available?
Yes, upon request directly to the hotel when making your booking, our reservations team are more than happy to assist with interconnecting bedrooms.
Where is the Hotel located?
Hotel Woodstock is located on Shanaway Road, Ennis, County Clare and the Eircode is V95TR25
What are the Check in & Check out times?
Check in time is from 3pm onwards and check out time is before 12 noon. Late check-out and early check-in depends upon availability and we require prior notice so please contact reservations for this.
Do we need to book the pool before our stay?
At present you do not need to pre book the pool. Towels are provided and swimming hats are required. For more information please do not hesitate in contacting the Leisure Centre.
Do we need to book our meals before our stay?
Yes we recommend you book all meal times prior to your stay. Please contact Reception who will be more than happy to make reservations for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Do you provide Cots?
Yes, when making your booking, please ensure you request a cot. This depends on availability. However if you have a travel cot you are more than welcome to bring this.
Is there a Playground nearby?
Yes, there are some great Playgrounds located in Ennis. There is one in the Fair Green which proves to be very popular with families.
Do you provide Bottle Warmers?
Please note Hot Water can be obtained from the Bar at any time during your stay. if you require hot water during the night, the Night Porter will be at reception and will be able to assist you.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have wi-fi throughout the hotel which is free to all guests. It is superfast 200mb Wi-Fi to ensure all the little ones are happy during their stay!
Is there parking at the Hotel?
Yes, we have ample complimentary car-parking onsite.
Is there a Taxi Service?
Yes, we a complimentary guest phone that you can order a taxi to take you to your desired destination. Please contact reception from your room.
Do you cater for special dietary requests?
Yes we do. If you have a particular dietary requirement, please inform our reservations team on booking and check in and we can tailor your meal to your request.
Can we store luggage at the Hotel?
Yes, the Reception team will be more than happy to store luggage before check-in or once you have checked out.
How to secure the lowest Rate?
When you book direct on our website or while speaking to our reservations team, we guarantee we are 15% cheaper than anywhere else online. So be sure to Book Direct. When you book direct you unlock all the perks. Perks include Local tourist attraction discounts and shopping discounts in Ennis.
Can I claim back on the Stay & Spend Scheme
Yes, we will provide you with an invoice which you can then upload onto the Revenue App.
