What are the Check in & Check out times?
Check in time is from 3pm onwards and check out time is before 12pm.
Do I have to pay when I book?
We are delighted to say, NO, you do not have to pay when you book. You can make your booking on the phone or website and pay on arrival.
Are there Babysitting Services available?
Yes, we have a babysitting service. Please ask when making your booking and we would be happy to accommodate you.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have wi-fi throughout the hotel which is free to all guests.
Is there a Taxi Service?
Yes, we a complimentary guest phone that you can order a taxi to take you to your desired destination.
Do you cater for special dietary requests?
Yes we do. If you have a particular dietary requirement, please inform our reservations team on booking and check in and we can tailor your meal to your request.
How big are your family rooms?
Our family rooms cater for a maximum of four guests. Rooms are equipped with a large King bed, a single bed and a camp bed. If you have a larger family, please contact the hotel.
Are there Interconnecting rooms available?
Yes, upon request directly to the hotel when making your booking, our reservations team are more than happy to assist with interconnecting bedrooms.
