Held our 50th year anniversary dinner dance here at Woodstock hotel , Elaine Sean and their excellent staff made it a great night, the food and service was excellent, Elaine especially was a pleasure to deal with.

Stayed here February 13th for my granddaughter’s confirmation. The dinner was absolutely amazing and i have to say it was the best beef i have ever had. Our breakfast was plentiful with so many choices to please all .Our room was beautiful and cosy also I have to commend the staff for their hospitality and friendliness. My granddaughter was playing with the piano and the lady at reception came over and taught her how to play a tune . Little things like this are so thoughtful also always being asked is everything okay I would highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to return.

We recently celebrated a very special Holy Communion at the restaurant in the Woodstock Hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making the whole day feel effortless and memorable.
The food was outstanding — beautifully presented, generous portions, and enjoyed by both adults and children alike. The menu had great variety, and everything was served promptly and with care. The team went above and beyond to ensure our group felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the celebration.
The setting itself was perfect for such an occasion — elegant, spacious, and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere for family and friends to gather. Every detail was handled professionally, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the day.

Just home after another wonderful stay at Woodstock Hotel. We were celebrating a 1st Wedding Anniversary. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was amazing, The Proprietors can’t do enough for customers, and same can be said for each staff member, that we interacted with.. Of all the hotels we’ve stayed in , this has to be the BEST.. can’t wait to return in the New Year..

I stayed in this hotel for one night to attend my Nephew’s Wedding.
From the beginning we were greeted at the entrance of the hotel by the owners Sean and Elaine Lally. It is really nice to realise the owners of the hotel went above expedition to greet their guests. The staff at check-in were very pleasant and helpful, the wedding reception staff were definitely in a league of their own. The food was excellent and plentiful. My room was very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. After my experience at this hotel I would have no revisions in recommending this hotel to any guest.

A massive Thank You to Elaine, Sean and all the staff for looking after our family reunion recently. We enjoyed a delicious meal with fantastic service in a really lovely setting. We were so well looked after from the day the booking was made. With over 60 adults and 15 children to look after. Looking forward to our next visit to Hotel Woodstock.
AnnMarie – Birthday – Hotel Woodstock Ennis
We arrived yesterday for a birthday surprise for our daughter. When she reached her room there was a lovely surprise cheesecake and brownie happy birthday plate waiting for her. The pool was lovely and quite for the girls to enjoy. From start to finish we couldn’t have asked for anymore from the hotel. Staff in every part of the hotel are welcoming, friendly and can not do enough for you. Our evening meal was beautiful and one of the bar staff made the girls beautiful mocktails. Breakfast was also lovely. Thanks again from the Lally family.

Had my sons communion at Woodstock stock yesterday , we had an amazing day between staff, management, face painting, colouring, we couldn’t have asked for more. Food was great and kids were happy. Would recommend Woodstock for any occasion.

First time at this hotel, attending a confirmation. Absolutely fabulous ! First impression was the foyer and a lovely balcony and a lovely turf fire burning. And met by a lovely receptionist who was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast lunch and dinner, food was extremely tasty and very well presented. Great to see the owners interacting with everyone and they were very helpful . Overall a fantastic weekend will definitely come back. Thanks Elaine and Sean and all your staff for a marvelous weekend.

Enjoyed an excellent communion lunch today with family. From arrival to departure we were treated to exemplary service,attention to detail and a fantastic lunch. The menu was impressive catering for all tastes. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The owners are very hands on and this is what gives this family run business the edge. Would highly recommend and look forward to my next visit. The turf fire in the foyer is a lovely touch.

it was our daughter’s communion last week and on arrival there was a little treat waiting in the room for her courtesy of the Hotel…she was delighted. The staff at reception/Bar/leisure club and restaurant are all very professional and very friendly….the pool was great for the kids and they loved their time in the hotel….the food in the bar and restaurant was fine…the location of the Hotel is perfect for going on day trips to the cliffs/caves and Wild Atlantic way… Overall we had a great stay and defiantly will return in the future.

I came here with my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday, lovely hotel and fantastic very attentive staff, we were treated like V.I.P’S, especially by the bar staff, food was amazing, also my husband said the Guinness was the best he’s had in a very long time, it’s also a great base for all the fantastic things to see and do in the area, thank you so much hotel Woodstock for making my husband’s birthday a very memorable one.

We recently organised our GAA Victory Social in early January in the Woodstock Hotel. From the very first email, it was all so easy thanks to the very professional, helpful and dedicated team at the hotel. Sean took the reigns starting out and with the great help from Jenny, whom was always on hand to answer the smallest question. Elaine was always on hand to take a phone call, answer the last minute questions and of course advise us, which was always in a professional and kind way and helped us in any way. On the night, Elaine was there, on hand to sort last minute details and put us at ease. As the night went on, without a hitch, James took over whom was also extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. The night was a great success and everyone couldn’t stop acknowledging how great the hotel was. Thanks again to Sean & Elaine and continued success to you and all your staff at the Woodstock Hotel.
